(More customer reviews)So, I liked this little expansion base for being able to plug my laptop into all of my stuff.It made it convenient with the wireless keyboard and mouse.However, there is a problem with this base that HP fails to realize or correct.

I bought the first base.Within 3 months, blink....USB ports not working.So, I think it is my fault because I had plugged it into the base when it was on, but HP sends a replacement.Within 3 months of that base....USB ports blow again. This time, no, I didn't plug in while on, only when off and then turn on laptop.So, once again, HP sends another one.(I might add that the whole process is about 20 transfers and several hours on the phone each time....)So this one lasts 3 months.Suddenly, blink again....You have got to be kiddin' me.AGAIN -USB ports gone.So, one more time through the ordeal of customer service and again they send me another one.This one lasts about 5 months... Now, again!! No USB ports!So, this time, no longer under warranty.NICE.Same problem that I have had 3 times previously.Only this time, if I want another one, I have to pay for one.UM...NO!!I thought the first one was a lemon.The second one, a fluke...the third one, HP has a problem that they refuse to fix...4th one...NO more HP Expansion bases for me!
