(More customer reviews)This product is sturdy and looks very decent but it doesn't sit completely flat.If your hand or elbow tap the sides of it the tray will rotate a few degrees. It seems like they could have made the bottom more flat or added rubber tips on the bottom corners to keep it from turning. Otherwise the product works very well and gives an optimal viewing angle for my laptop. If i had to split hairs I'd ask them to make the lip a tiny bit taller so the laptop doesn't slide over the lip and off the tray but I'm being a little paranoid when I say that. Overall I like the product.
