(More customer reviews)I got my lapdawg and was eager to put it to use, but the adjustable legs do not lock fully and wobble around.One side is looser than the other and as a result, the tray sags to one side.Lapdawg provides no customer support number on their invoice and I had to dig for the number on Amazon but when I called it I just get a message saying to call back later even though their customer service page says call 24x7.If I want to return the product, their site says I have to pay for shipping.I seriously hope they offer to cover that or I will be taking harsher action against them.For such an expensive tray I expected more from the product and the company.I would not recommend anyone buys this product.
