(More customer reviews)I bought this product for my laptop primarily. But it turns out that wide screen 15.5" laptops dont fit in the space provided. Nor can it withstand the weight of the laptop. The surface started caving in when I put my laptop on it. The edges are very sharp and can hurt pretty badly.
I am not sure if it is usable as a breakfast table also since it would cave in if you put a ceramic plate on it.
I would say buy if the weight to be withstanded is below 4 pounds
